"Having just released her third album, bossanovafied, Kristine Mills is on a roll. The brazen, blond jazz singer has sold out shows in her hometown of Houston as well as performed with the Duke Ellington Orchestra in São Paulo. This is her first album of original songs, but it won’t be her last. “I have so much more I want to do that I care to share with the world,” she says. “I don’t feel like I’ve done anything yet.” ENVY caught up with the powerhouse vocalist before her big album debut party in Austin."

From the age of three, Kristine Mills has been intimately involved with music. Today, she is a renowned jazz singer whose work has been lauded by the Jazz News, the Houston Chronicle, HOUSTON Magazine and Houston Modern Luxury Magazine, as well as various TV and radio shows. She launched her career as a vocalist in the early 90s and is still going strong, having just released a brand new album entitled, “bossanovafied.”
